NOAH is a community self-governing DAO organization lab jointly initiated by Singapore TITANIUM FOUNDATION and Wall Street Whateverex (Whateverex.com) Finance, based on 1 NFT+2 Tokens (X & Y) economic model, to build ecological 1.0-3.0, continue to introduce traffic for ecological construction, and realize 4.0 dual performance ( IPFS+ETH) public chain (Noah's X public chain puts game data, governance and operation on the chain, breaks through the defects of the existing public chain, has decentralized storage with ETH smart contract and IPFS, and each distributed node has both computing and storage functions, and the X chain supports decentralized DAPP as well as encrypted storage of data into file fragments on the X chain, which continues to empower data/entertainment/virtual economy industry.
